Game Jam Day 5/7 Retrospective - Make A Game Out Of You
Clockwork Dreams » Devlog
What do we need for a game?
Give it a start, playable levels and an end! By end of day 5 we had a lot of stuff done, overhauled and integrated. We still lacked a complete (non-polished) game from A-Z with placed puzzles/surprises, so it was time to work on it...
The changes gave the game a big leap forward towards a final look & feel. Essentially from here on there was kind of no way back (obviously, more than 50% of the time was up):
- A release candidate main menu
- Give the scan it's final visual face and appearance
- Music with progression and interaction of scan sequence
- Integration of Level 1 and 2 (no lvl3 or last leap yet)
- Finalize puzzles/obstacle functionality and interaction with player
- ...and a lot of fixes and merges
